Mansfield Residences Homeowners Association, Inc. (MRHAI)

is the officially recognized homeowners association of Mansfield Residences in Angeles City, Pampanga. Established on March 28, 2016, MRHAI is a non-stock, non-profit corporation organized under the Magna Carta for Homeowners and registered with DHSUD. We serve the community by managing shared resources, enforcing community rules, and providing resident services.

To maintain a safe, clean, and friendly neighborhood where property values are protected and residents can enjoy quality community life.

What We Do

​

• Security. Gated access, roving guards, entry control, and resident vehicle stickers.​

• Facilities and Maintenance. Upkeep of common areas such as the clubhouse, pool, gym, parks, playgrounds, streets, and lighting.​

• Waste Management. Coordination of collection schedules, guidelines for segregation, and bulky item requests.​

• Permits and Compliance. Processing of renovation and construction permits, contractor passes, and community clearances.​

• Resident Services. Car sticker registration, facilities rental, service requests, animal welfare guidance, and assistance for property leasing registrations.
