Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the elected governing body of Mansfield Residences Homeowners Association, Inc. The Board sets policy, approves the annual plan and budget, and ensures that rules and programs serve the welfare of all homeowners. Trustees are elected during the General Assembly for fixed terms, follow the By-Laws, and act in the best interest of the community.
What the Board does
Sets goals, policies, and community standards
Approves budgets and major expenses
Oversees security, facilities, and maintenance programs
Reviews permits and compliance matters
Publishes circulars, regulations, and meeting notices
Monitors performance and addresses resident feedback
How the Board works
Regular Board meetings with minutes published to members
Committees may be formed for security, maintenance, finance, and community affairs
Decisions are guided by the By-Laws, House Rules, and applicable laws
Members are encouraged to attend assemblies and submit suggestions
